1) What do you enjoy most about  coaching soccer?
I  really enjoy the process and detail of teaching players of all ages and levels  of ability.  I also enjoy giving back to the beautiful game that I love  and that has provided me with countless opportunities in my life
 
2)  What is your favorite professional soccer team and what do you like most about  it? 
Arsenal FC. The style. The passion. The flow. The execution. The  class.  (NOTE: They are currently top of the English Premier  League!!)
 
3) What suggestion would you make to our San Diego United players?
Continuously seek progression and growth within yourself and constantly Set  micro-goals that are SMART ( specific, measurable, attainable, realistic,  timely)... and achieve them!
 
4) Just for fun, what is your favorite type of food?
PB&J!
 
Josh Sandoval played on the Granite Hills High School varsity soccer team  for all four of his high school years.  He was an all-league performer,  multiple CIF Champion, league champion and was a member of the crew that went 66  games without a loss.  Josh played collegiately for two seasons at Cal  State Los Angeles where he also graduated with honors. 
 
Josh started coaching and already has given a lot back to the game that he  loves.  Josh has assisted At Monte Vista High School and coached both the  boys and girls to one league championship each.  He has also been an  assistant men’s coach at Cuyamaca College.
 
Josh is proving to be an “up and comer” on San Diego United’s coaching  staff!
